Menopause: Part 3 - Why New Bones are Not Needed for the New Life

A common physiological change attached to menopause relates to a number of complaints stemming from diminishing bone density. This is a natural occurrence as a result of lowering estrogen levels whilst restoration to original strengths has been promoted as essential by clever medical marketers.

Replacement of estrogen loss through HRT, or now HR programs has become a mighty industry contradicting the natural aging of the female body. The mighty dangers within these programs is not the beginning, the process or the cost but the dramatic shock to the body on termination. This hasnt even rated a mention at this point.

Bones may be reducing in strength beyond a very demanding season but this doesn't call for a complex program to regain the structure and strength of the twenty year old.

At the introduction of this new season a new diet that feeds the needs of the structure as well as the enjoyment of the mouth must be discovered and observed.

The most difficult years of bearing and bringing up children have passed whilst new interests that match body strengths are being developed. This may be the season to totally prepare for the next phase with a basic study of food and vitamin needs, availability and preference.

Other household members can have the new responsibility maintaining a level of physical fire through relating football stories or even allowing a menopausal family member to enjoy the sail boarding from the beachfront.
