Do you just really want to be thin again? Yet you have tried all the diets and do not need to be reminded of the unsightly holiday belly bulge or the Lose Weight Now, ask us how! commentary? Have you tried the Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet, Paris Hilton Diet, but you keep going back to the all you can eat; see food diet? Well you are not alone and they say losing weight is as difficult as trying to quit smoking. We talked to one gentleman who quit smoking 1100 times over a twenty-year period. He finally did stop smoking, God rest his soul.

But it does not have to be that hard to be a thinner version of you. Really you can do it and since this is your New Years Resolution, why not make it count this time. If you dont well it could be as bad for you as the one gentleman we talked with years back. Obesity and overweight can lead to diabetes, heart disease, and all sorts of life shortening problems. So if you just want to be thin again, well there is no better time than the present to pick a simple 30 to 40 minute per day workout schedule and start modifying your diet a little bit. It is important that you work through these issues, as each pound you take off will give you more energy and a leaner look. Think on this.
